At the time of leaving, my team member's father gave him money
plus after stopping him, took out a box of sweets and gave it to him.
and he took money and sweets and left

Next day he arrived in new clothes with some sweets

He was very happy at that time. Not the usual rude self.
After then whenever we called him, he came on time with a good mood
not with rude behaviour and finished his work properly

One research has been done from which it was observed
that waiters used to raise their tipby 20-23 % by using this method
For example what happened
whenever waiters took orders and at the time of billing
the use to bring mint along with them. Okay
which they gave to customers
They got total 3% raise in their tip because of that mint.Then what they did,
from which they got hike of 23%
As once after mint is finished obviously, they again
asked the customers .Do you want more mint ?
This thing is unexpected to most of the people as it is not done by many people

There was one very wise farmer who get to know about a ox.
Owner of that ox was selling it at a very low price
because the Ox was very lazy
even after getting beat it does not do work properly
he only eats and sleep
After purchasing that Ox in very less cost
whenever he wants to take work from him
He takes a stick and fix fodder in that
and tie that a little further to ox
because of which it is away from the reach of ox
and then he starts to walk to get the reward
he use to walk and walk but was unable to get the reward

But truth is that both the options are given by you and
