one of my team member told me

that in his area there is one electrician who is very rude

We call him many times but he never comes on time

and comes after many requests and even when he comes he always makes faces

It was Diwali when they call him,

after requesting so much he came

and did his work and was leaving .

At the time of leaving, my team member's father gave him money

plus after stopping him, took out a box of sweets and gave it to him.

and he took money and sweets and left

some interesting thing happened next day

Next day he arrived in new clothes with some sweets

and gave those sweets to him

He was very happy at that time. Not the usual rude self.

After then whenever we called him, he came on time with a good mood

not with rude behaviour and finished his work properly

Why did this happen.

This happened because my teammember's father unintentionally used 1+1 method

One research has been done from which it was observed

that waiters used to raise their tipby 20-23 % by using this method

For example what happened

whenever waiters took orders and at the time of billing

the use to bring mint along with them. Okay

which they gave to customers

They got total 3% raise in their tip because of that mint.Then what they did,

from which they got hike of 23%

As once after mint is finished obviously, they again

asked the customers .Do you want more mint ?

This thing is unexpected to most of the people as it is not done by many people

and they  build loyal customers

There was one very wise farmer who get to know about a ox.

Owner of that ox was selling it at a very low price

because the Ox was very lazy

even after getting beat it does not do work properly

he only eats and sleep

After purchasing that Ox in very less cost

whenever he wants to take work from him

He takes a stick and fix fodder in that

and tie that a little further to ox

because of which it is away from the reach of ox

and then he starts to walk to get the reward

he use to walk and walk but was unable to get the reward

Sometimes he use to feed him in between

so that he remains hopeful that he will get reward

Because of this ox walks alot and start ploughing

For this he started doing research

He noticed after visiting  different places that

villagers and others whenever visit to shops

they do not ask drinks by their brands ,

they ask to have Thanda(Chilled) ,

then shopkeeper use to give any chilled drink to customer

which explained that when we humans have many choices

we cannot make a right decision because of this

For example if you want someone to do your work

you can say that I am  giving you two options

either finish work early morning or finish it after coming from office

When you will give two options

next person will think that he has freedom to choose

But truth is that both the options are given by you and

both prove beneficial to you only

and this principle is used by many  products  and companies

they give different  options some bad options and some good options

because of which

we think that we should go for the  good option

but the truth is that earlier do not want to buy it

but as they added options which is also called decoy effect

and because of that options

we thought of buying it

but if earlier there were no options we would have not buy that thing

like when should I do reading at morning, evening or night.

you will do atleast one thing out of both the choices

then there are more chances that
